Terms & Conditions

Dramyx is operated by Allie Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE 460424. These Terms & Conditions are between you and Allie Ltd and apply to the Dramyx website and applications, including short video series, written and audio stories, and AI character chat. “Dramyx”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Allie Ltd. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our registered address and company details appear in the contact section below. Send questions to support@dramyx.app. Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information. Separate terms from your app store, payment provider, or purchase partner may also apply to their services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Dramyx’s age-restricted entertainment features, including mature video, stories, and character chat, and you must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. Confirm your age truthfully. A subscription does not replace the age requirement.

Content can include mature romantic themes. You are responsible for choosing content appropriate for you and for complying with laws that apply to your use of the service.

Use an email address or supported sign-in account that you control. Keep access to your mailbox and device secure. Do not share your account, one-time codes, sign-in links, or session credentials, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Provide accurate information and use the account for your own personal use. You are responsible for activity you authorise through it; nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law in relation to unauthorised activity.

Some content or features require a paid subscription. Any available free episodes or previews do not grant unlimited access. The checkout or store purchase screen shows the applicable price, currency, billing period, included access, and any trial or promotional conditions before you purchase.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The provider handling your purchase charges the payment method associated with that purchase according to the terms disclosed at checkout. If a trial is offered, its conversion to a paid subscription and cancellation deadline are shown with the offer.

Subscription availability, payment methods, and offers can differ by platform, region, or purchase channel. Price changes are subject to the notice, consent, and other requirements of applicable law and the relevant billing platform.

Cancel recurring billing through the provider where you subscribed: Apple’s subscription settings for App Store purchases, Google Play for Google Play purchases, the billing portal for direct web purchases, or the partner’s management service for partner purchases. Your account can show the applicable management destination.

Cancellation generally stops the next renewal and leaves access available until the end of the current paid period, subject to the purchase terms, refunds, and applicable law. Cancelling a trial can have different access effects under the store’s rules. Follow the cancellation deadline displayed by your provider.

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled through the relevant store. For a direct web purchase, contact support@dramyx.app; for a partner purchase, contact the purchase provider. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase terms and your statutory rights. Nothing here excludes a refund or cancellation right granted by law.

Signing out, uninstalling Dramyx, or requesting or completing account deletion does not cancel a subscription. If you have subscriptions through more than one provider, manage each one separately.

Dramyx includes AI-generated creative content. Character replies are generated by AI, not written in real time by a person. Characters are fictional personalities; their statements are not factual representations about a real person or promises of a personal relationship.

Generated material may be inaccurate, repetitive, unexpected, or inconsistent. Treat it as entertainment, not as professional, medical, legal, financial, or other advice. Do not rely on a character for emergency assistance or important decisions.

Character chats are separate conversations. They do not necessarily know, replay, or continue the events of an episode or story. Available functionality and the personalities in the catalog may change.

While you comply with these terms and have any required access, you may use Dramyx for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access the service, not a sale of the catalog or its intellectual-property rights.

The service design, branding, software, and content are owned by Dramyx or its licensors to the extent protected by law. Do not copy, record, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit them without permission, except where applicable law allows it. Store-specific licence terms also apply to an app obtained through that store.

You retain any rights you have in the messages and other material you provide. You give us permission to host and process that material, including through service providers, as needed to operate the features you request, maintain your conversation history, and address support or legal obligations. The Privacy Policy describes the processing of personal information.

Only provide material you have the right to use. Do not submit confidential information, sensitive personal data, or someone else’s private information without a lawful basis. We do not promise that AI-generated output will be unique, protectable, or suitable for reuse outside the service.

• Do not use Dramyx for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, threats, exploitation, or infringement of another person’s rights.
• Do not request or share sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual material, or exploitative material involving identifiable people.
• Do not bypass age, payment, access, or security controls; share paid access; or attempt to obtain other users’ data.
• Do not scrape protected content, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or use automated clients in ways that overload or evade the service’s controls.
• Do not misrepresent AI-generated replies as authentic statements by a real person or use the service to impersonate someone deceptively.

Titles, episodes, chapters, characters, and features can be added, updated, or removed. We do not promise that any particular title or character will remain available indefinitely. Availability can also depend on your region, device, purchase terms, and the rights associated with content.

Maintenance, network failures, provider outages, and operational limits can affect access or response times. We work to keep the service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. If a paid feature does not work as expected, contact support. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You may stop using Dramyx at any time and request account deletion through the available account controls or by contacting support. Deletion is a reviewed process; submitting a request is not confirmation that data has already been erased. The Privacy Policy explains retention and related rights.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, protect users or the service, or comply with law. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us about the decision. Any effect on paid access is subject to applicable consumer law.

You are responsible for your own use of the service and for decisions you make based on fictional content. We are responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable harm.

These terms do not remove mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies available where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of the country where you habitually live.

Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under applicable law. These terms do not require exclusive jurisdiction in Cyprus or prevent you from using a court, regulator, or consumer remedy available to you by law.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or applicable requirements. The date above identifies the current version. For material changes, we will provide notice and seek acceptance where required by applicable law. Changes do not remove rights you have already acquired.
